The Social Enterprise Academy has launched an employablity program is geared towards helping people in to “impact careers” that make a positive difference in their communities. They are also trying to act as a bridge for individuals who may not be ready for work yet, giving them some structure, confidence and mentoring to help them enter the workplace.
It’s a rolling program throughout the year with the first cohort starting 6th July. Fully funded and open to anyone aged 16+ who is not currently in work.
Learners who sign up gain an award for their CV, access to ongoing mentoring as well as gaining work experience in established social enterprises in the Moray area (E.g. ReBoot, Moray Wastebusters, Outfit Moray etc).
