Invest in the Future of Girls in Moray

We are launching Trailblazers, a ground-breaking initiative in partnership with Moray Girls Football Club and with the support of TSI Moray, designed to inspire confidence, creativity and ambition in local girls.

Our inaugural Trailblazers Conference will be held at Elgin City FC grounds this April!

This is more than just an event—it’s about showing young girls that they have a future of possibilities right here in Moray. They will:

• Meet inspiring women from a range of careers and backgrounds
• Take part in workshops and activities designed to build self-belief and leadership skills
• See firsthand that their ambitions—whether in sports, business, or any other field—are within reach

Why This Matters
Girls who grow up believing in themselves become leaders, innovators and changemakers. Yet too many young women in rural areas feel they must leave their communities to succeed. Trailblazers aims to change that.

As Mike Duncan, Chairman of Moray Girls FC, put it:
"Trailblazers will be the spark that ignites a desire to be the best that they can be. We need more women in highly skilled, well-paid jobs. More female entrepreneurs. A generation of girls who seek out opportunities—or create them for themselves."
