SURVEY | Moray Business Property Needs

An online survey has been prepared to help understand the views of local businesses and those interested in locating to Moray. The survey is open to commercial tenants, leaseholders, property owners and key stakeholders located in Moray or who have an interest in locating in Moray. We are especially interested in anticipated demand for office and industrial space.
The study will provide up to date information and analysis of current and future demand for commercial property in Moray. The findings of the study will be used to help plan for future provision to ensure there is property available to meet the needs of a thriving and prosperous economy. The study will be a key piece of evidence in the preparation of the new Local Development Plan.
We would encourage as many businesses to complete the survey as possible to help us effectively plan for future demand. As we are keen to raise awareness of the survey the link maybe circulated by other parties but should only be completed once by a business.
