Small business, big wellbeing: How SMEs can prioritise employee wellbeing and create a positive culture.

Westfield Health's recent survey found that 86% of employees said they were more productive at work if there was a good culture and, more worryingly, that 64% would leave their job if the culture didn’t fit.

With the bottom line being hit harder than ever, how can SMEs support their people and create a wellbeing culture that’s impactful but time and cost-effective? Join the webinar where the expert panel will discuss wellbeing in small to medium sized organisations. You'll hear from the Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce, the Senior Research Analyst at ukactive and the Group Director of People at Westfield Health, and you'll be able to ask them any of your questions.

What you'll learn:
- Insights from the Director General of the BCC on the challenges that SMEs are currently facing.
- Why employee wellbeing is so important in smaller organisations.
- Tips and low-cost wellbeing ideas for organisations to adopt.
- Research findings and tips on how to support employees to be active during their working day.
- How to measure the impact of employee wellbeing initiatives.

You’ll also get access to resources for developing and driving your wellbeing strategy during the live session.

Hosted by: Sam Holdaway, Health and Wellbeing Consultant, Westfield Health
