Skills Development Scotland are excited to be relaunching Skills for Growth, a fully-funded skills review for businesses with between 5 and 250 employees who are looking to grow. An Employer Engagement Executive will spend time with you to understand your objectives then talk to your staff to gauge their skills and create a detailed skills development action plan.

The skills and knowledge of your employees are key to your growth strategy. Skills for Growth is like a skills diagnostic service for your business. We'll work to understand your skills needs, create a detailed plan and guide you to the right support
How it works
1. You’ll meet your employer engagement executive to discuss your objectives.
2. Skills Development Scotland will assess your company, talk to your staff and gauge their skills.
3. We'll provide you with a detailed action plan. This will have recommendations on how you can achieve your growth ambitions.
4. You'll prioritise what's most important to your business.
5. We'll support you to achieve your new goals by helping you find training and funding.
