Pozzi Ltd is looking for an Office Co-Ordinator
The role is mainly based in Buckie but flexibility/hybrid working will be considered.
The role is currently 20 hours per week over 4 days Monday – Friday – hours/times to be agreed.
This role and the working week can be tailored to suit the individual needs of the right candidate.
Key Tasks include (but are not limited to):
Bookkeeping and use of accounting software
Prepare management accounts and reports for MD
Work with new suppliers to set up new accounts, invoices, statements and payments to existing suppliers
Submit lunar monthly payroll figures to accountants for completion - please note the actual payroll is handled by our accountant
Ensure invoices are paid in a timely matter
Input staff annual leave entitlement
Issue new staff contracts taking advice from our employment lawyer
General administration tasks including filing and photocopying
Qualities/Personal Attributes:
Friendly, hardworking and approachable
Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
Pro-active approach to work
Keen attention to detail and focus on key tasks
Experience:
Previous payroll / Sage experience is highly desirable
Administration / office experience advantageous
Full training will be provided
