"My name is Henry Currie and with over twenty years’ experience working in senior roles with global organisations, I understand leadership.
One-Insight provides transformational coaching to leaders and those transitioning into leadership positions.
There is a global statistic that 50% of business leaders will fail within the first 18 months of starting a position and a similar percentage have never received formal leadership training. Coaching has become the essential tool for today’s leaders who face complex and ever-evolving challenges. It offers a valuable support space for leadership development, strengthening self-confidence, increasing self-awareness, and achieving professional goals.
I work with a range of individuals from emerging high-performers to entrepreneurs to C-suite. I draw upon a range of proven coaching methodologies to help individuals grow, think differently and lead more powerfully. You see, it can be the very smallest of shifts in perspective that can play the biggest role in achieving high performance.
