Moray Council has joined the Trusted Trader network and we are inviting you to join the new Moray Trusted Trader scheme. With vetting by Trading Standards, only the most highly-validated and trustworthy traders will get a place on this scheme.

What is a Trusted Trader Scheme?
Many local authorities across Scotland run approved trader schemes. They help residents to find traders in the area that they know they can trust. A trusted trader scheme is basically just a list of local businesses that have been vetted by Trading Standards and who have made a commitment to treat their customers fairly.

Why does Moray need one?
As a local authority, we want to protect our residents from rogue traders who can leave behind them a trail of costly problems. We need the trustiest traders in Moray to sign up to this to help us achieve our aim.

What do membership benefits include?
