Local Keith tree surgery business Epic Tree Care has come top of the Moray Trusted Trader rankings for 2024, receiving the highest amount of positive feedback across all trades.
The Moray Trusted Trader scheme is a local business partnership scheme aimed at increasing consumer confidence, promoting good practice within local business, and helping protect citizens from doorstep crime.
Trading Standards Trusted Traders have been vetted by Moray Trading Standards and the scheme is supported by Police Scotland and consumeradvice.scot (a part of Advice Direct Scotland).
Epic Tree Care, based near Keith, received the highest amount of positive feedback of all Moray-based businesses participating in the scheme over the past year.
Responding to the announcement, Epic Tree Care director Elaine Rush said, "We are absolutely delighted that our customers have reviewed us as the most trusted business across all sectors in Moray.
"This is testament to our dedicated team of staff, who take real pride in their work whether it's large tree removals or delicate fruit tree pruning.
"We are an accredited Living Wage employer, and I think it really shows that if you invest in your staff, the customers see the results.
"As with all small businesses, we've had a tough few years with rising fuel and other costs, and we know our customers are facing these pressures too.
"We'd like to thank all our customers who took time to review us and provide honest feedback, and we look forward to serving more folk in 2025!"
Epic Tree Care was established by Clive Coney in 2015, with Elaine Rush joining as business partner in 2018.
The tree surgery business employs 6 other people and provides a comprehensive range of tree surgery, hedge trimming, and arboricultural surveys throughout Moray, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen city.
