In addition to core questions tracking economic confidence, business performance and growth aspirations, the survey (carried out in June 2018) explored workforce skills, focusing on the importance of young talent to businesses; characteristics sought by businesses when recruiting young talent; and the challenges faced and steps businesses are taking to recruit and retain young talent.
