DYW Moray in partnership with Flexibility Works Moray Council and JCPinScotland are hosting a FREE Workshop for Moray employers.
With the Flexible Working Bill expected to come into practice in 2024, this is a great opportunity to discover how to introduce flexible work in to your workplace as well as find out more about recruitment incentive schemes, in-work progression and Disability Confidence.
During this FREE interactive workshop, you will discover:
- What flexible working is, who it is for and why it is important for employees and businesses.
- Practical hints and tips to incorporate flexible work within your business.
- What employment recruitment incentives are available in Moray.
- Learn best practise from employers.
- More about In Work Progression and Disability Confident.
