EIGHT LANDS LAUNCHES LIMITED-EDITION SLOE GIN FOR AUTUMN

To elevate Autumnal aperitivos, multi-award-winning vodka and gin brand Eight Lands has released its seasonal Sloe Gin.

This limited edition release of 990 bottles – part of the brand’s Producers’ Series – will be available via UK distributor Highball Brands for the first time having previously sold out every year via the brand’s own website and distillery shop.

Eight Lands Sloe Gin is intentionally dry and light on the palate. By avoiding being too sweet, the delicate flavours of red fruit and spice, and the unmistakable flavour of sloe berries, can best be enjoyed. A touch of almond on the nose, with a hint of pine coming from the juniper in the gin.

Simply made with Eight Lands Organic Speyside Gin, sloe berries, a bit of sugar, and seven months’ maceration. It remains perfectly balanced to give a more natural tasting product, with no additives and only minimal filtration.

Delicious served on its own over ice, topped up with soda or tonic, or even added to a glass of cold Champagne for a proper seasonal treat.

Eight Lands Sloe Gin Negroni

Ingredients

• 20ml Eight Lands Sloe Gin
• 20ml Eight Lands Organic Speyside Gin
• 20ml Sweet Vermouth
• 20ml Negroni

Method

• Stir down all ingredients over ice
• Strain into rocks glass filled with ice
• Garnish with an orange slice or peel

Eight Lands Sloe Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 50ml Eight Lands Sloe Gin
• 25ml lemon juice
• 1 tsp of sugar syrup

Method

• Shake ingredients over ice
• Strain into highball glass filled with ice
• Top with soda water
• Garnish with lemon slice or blackberry
