Please name the main purpose of your business.
We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) of IT Support to a variety of companies of different sizes and industries in the North East of Scotland. Think of us as an external IT department, that operates and cares for our clients as if we are their internal IT department.

The main benefit to operating in Moray is the variety of industries and businesses we have in this area, it ensures that no one day is the same.

How do you connect to your local customers?
As we are a family owned and run business who have lived in the area for 40 plus years we understand the challenges of operating a business in Moray. This allows us to provide a tailored service which suits the businesses of Moray, rather than a generic IT service which might suit city-based businesses but doesn’t fit with the geographical requirements and infrastructure constraints of the Moray area.

Why are you part of Moray Chamber of Commerce?
We have been a member of Moray Chamber for a long time now and we find that it is a vital service to the businesses of the area for information, support and networking. When like minded people come together the sum of their total efforts can benefit all members and we can all help each other to grow and make Moray a successful place to do business.

What are you most proud of?
We started 24 years ago with an idea for local outstanding quality IT support services at a fair price. We have achieved this and have all our original business customers from 24 years ago. We have adapted to the rapidly increasing Cyber Security threat and continue to provide the latest available services to protect our clients. We are family owned and run with family values at the core of our business.

Finally, name one misconception that people have about your business.
People think we fix pc’s, what we actually do is proactively manage pc’s and networks so that whenever possible we spot the problems before they impact the customer often working during the quiet hours, thereby increasing their IT availability, when there is an unavoidable issue we react rapidly to resolve the issue quickly. We also provide managed security services using the latest technology to protect our clients valuable data and systems. Trying to stay one step ahead of the hackers.
