Please name the main purpose of your business.

We are an Architects Practice, offering a wide range of Architectural Consultancy services.

What are the benefits of operating in Moray?

No project is the same - we have the opportunity to work with so many interesting people, on a hugevariety of exciting projects, all set within the many different environments and amazing landscapesMoray has to offer.

How do you connect to your local customers?

Future Plans Architects was established in April 2017 having acquired an existing local practice. Thishas been key to us making connections locally and us now enjoying the benefit of client referrals. Listening to our clients and enthusiastically making their aspirations a reality is our primary goal.

Why are you part of Moray Chamber of Commerce?

To feel part of the local business community and to have access to support as needed, an essential fora small business such as ourselves. Also, to enhance networking opportunities.

What are you most proud of?

As a time served carpenter and joiner turned chartered architect, not only do I have a thoroughunderstanding of the design and build process but also aim to take an honest, transparent, nononsense approach at each stage of a project. A new client recently commented on our designsolution for their home: “We're very excited: this has taken us further in the last 8 weeks than in theprevious 8 years!”

Finally, name one misconception that people have about your business.

We’re often asked “are you able to do us some drawings?” Yes, of course we can, however we offer much more than this in terms of creative design options, practical advice on construction, sustainability and the complexity of the planning and building warrant stages, tailoring our level of support for our client’s individual requirements.
