The Ceannas Leadership Lenses provide an analysis of your default leadership behaviours based upon your own self-evaluation, whilst the Ceannas Cultural Index creates your organisation’s cultural footprint based upon the opinions of your employees. (Please note that the outputs generated from these analytics are not shared with anyone else but the participating leader).
Both analytics will be sent out to delegates after signing up to ensure adequate completion time (including engagement with employees through a survey)
