Anna Rogers, Town Centres Development Manager for Moray is supporting businesses and landlords to help regenerate Moray’s Town Centres and assist in getting vacant properties back into use. This is a key priority of the Moray’s Town Centres Taskforce.

The Task Force is hosting a Vacant Property Event in partnership with Moray Council to help businesses and landlords navigate next steps for vacant properties in Moray’s towns. This event which will have representatives from Moray Council’s Building Standards and Development Management teams and Business Gateway. The teams will be available to share their knowledge and answer any questions that you may have.

Moray Council have launched a Town Centre Capital Grant which may be able to assist you with any renovation work needed. Our event will see a representative from Moray Council Economic Growth and Development in attendance who can answer questions on the grant scheme.

Please feel free to submit any questions you may have for Moray Council’s Building Standards and Development Management teams ahead of the event.
